We offer 1:2:1 mentoring sessions to support young people with their mental health & well-being. Here is an example of some of the areas we cover. Self Esteem, Managing Emotions, Social & Communication skills, Overcoming Anxiety, Friendships and how to manage them, Identity, Self-Harm, PTSD, Bereavement, Drugs & Alcohol use. All our 1:2:1 mentoring sessions are tailor-made to meet each young person’s individual needs.
Our mentoring sessions last between 45-60 minutes and take place weekly. We suggest a course of six sessions to commence so that the young person can build a rapport with their mentor. Before our 1:2:1 sessions commence one of our team members will arrange a meeting with the young person’s parent or carer along with a separate meeting with the young person. Regular reviews take place throughout our mentoring sessions to ensure that progress is being made, and more importantly, that the service we are providing is appropriate for that young person.

Our key values
Individuality – The ability to truly be yourself and embrace your own uniqueness. So much of life’s conditioning is about trying to fit in and be like everybody else, but genuine individuality supports an authentic life.
Inclusiveness – Acception others, regardless of their perceived identity. This is more important than ever, as our society expands in all direction of the identity of expression.
Respect– For yourself and for others, we believe all young people have the right to be heard and valued regardless of any protected characteristics, we support young people to understand difference in a non-judgemental way.
For Young People… By Young People
Empathy- We are empathetic and compassionate to the needs of young people in a non-patronising way
Accountability: We want young people to be accountable for their words and actions, and we recognise that we are accountable to the young people, their families, and the people who commission our services.
Authenticity and Integrity – Our policies and procedures, and our working practices day to day, come from a place of open honest communication and we commit to this ourselves through our own practice whilst acting as a collective entity.
